Quick Thought Lady's and Gentleman, I am very excited about this years schedule. Even though 2 of our main local contest are not going on as of right now. Hopefully someone will sponsor these events and they will be back on. I have done some work on my Brisket taste of this off season. Still am working on tenderness... tuff to make it just right. I think our Ribs and Chicken should get us some calls this year. I have alot of free time this year unlike the past 4 years so I would love to do catering for any event needed. Hopefully I can keep up with Pictures and event schedule this year. |
